In 2019, she graduated from Riga Stradins University Faculty of Rehabilitation and obtained a professional bachelor's degree in health care and the professional qualification of a nutritionist. Since 2019, she has been studying at the joint master's programme "Nutrition Science" of Riga Stradins University, University of Latvia and University of Agriculture of Latvia.
Further training
Regularly updates her knowledge in various courses, seminars, participates in conferences both in the field of nutrition and in the field of anti-aging in Latvia and abroad. Member of the Latvian Association of Diet and Nutrition Specialists (LDUSA). Member of the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN).

Works with patients with metabolic disorders, hormonal disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, cardiometabolic disorders, oncology and micronutrient deficiency. Evaluates eating habits and provides recommendations for preventive diet and lifestyle strategies.
