We are pleased to announce that on February 26, 2026, iVF Riga Holding, in cooperation with researchers from Riga Stradiņš University and The Latvian Association of Human Genetics, will organize and host the international conference “Reproductive Genetics: Opportunities for Diagnosis and Treatment”, dedicated to exploring the important opportunities that reproductive genetics offers in diagnostics and treatment.

The international conference “Reproductive Genetics: Opportunities for Diagnosis and Treatment” will bring together leading Latvian and international physicians and scientists to discuss the latest innovations in the field of reproductive genetics. Topics will include innovative and standard approaches to genetic disease screening for family planning, genetic causes of female and male infertility, embryonic-level factors in infertility, as well as evidence-based reports on the possibilities and outcomes of PGT-A and PGT-M.
A key focus of the discussion will be the availability of state support for reproductive genetic testing both in Latvia and abroad.
The conference will gather about 100 participants from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Spain, Italy, Israel, and other EU countries. The target audience: geneticists, reproductive specialists, gynaecologists, urologists, andrologists, endocrinologists, family doctors, and laboratory specialists.
Programme of the conference
Continuing Medical Education points (CME), as well as the Certificate of the participant will be granted to all conference participants (according to the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 943 “Procedure for Certification of Medical Practitioners” to Annex 5.)
