We would like to inform you that from January 1, 2023, patients who are scheduled for ovarian puncture or embryo transfer must undergo an antigen test for COVID-19 before each of these manipulations, since it has been scientifically proven that the SARS-CoV-2 virus affects not only the respiratory system but also other body systems and negatively affects the development of the oocytes and the ability of embryos to implant, as well as the pregnancy.
To ensure the continuity of treatment and the availability of the antigen test, the price of the test is 5 EUR.
We remind you that from January 1, 2023, changes are being made to the algorithm for organizing a state-paid laboratory examination of Covid-19 infection, which determines the use of the SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen detection method only in hospitals (with the exception of pregnant women).
